ExpertCPG

The Amazon account management agency that takes it all off your plate.

One dedicated team runs the content, the ads, the operations, and the inventory, and shows you what moved every month. It works the way an in-house team would, without you having to build one.

Free, no obligation — run by the brand manager you’d actually get.

What does an Amazon account management agency do all month?

Here’s the honest answer, in the four jobs that decide whether a CPG brand grows on Amazon. All four run every month — this is not a setup phase that quietly goes stale.

Getting found

Keyword strategy and every ad format Amazon offers, including defense of your own brand name. Budgets pinned to a percentage of sales, big pushes planned around Prime Day and the holidays.

Getting chosen

Listings built for a phone screen: images, A+ content, brand store. Promotions and Subscribe & Save run with your sign-off, price tests run on a schedule — never a hunch.

Staying healthy

Account health, support cases, customer service, and the reimbursements Amazon owes you but doesn't volunteer. A person reviews every page weekly — including the ones no software reaches.

Staying stocked

Forecasting and reorder guidance — you just confirm quantities. Shipments coordinated, stock aging watched, packaging checked against Amazon's fee math.

Also, we were impressed with their ability to differentiate high-value adjustments from minor tweaking.

Partner, Condiment Brandvia Clutch

A team you can name — not a pool you’re assigned to.

The person who runs your audit runs your account, from the first call on. And nothing that costs money or changes how your brand shows up moves without your yes.

Your brand manager

Your lead and single point of accountability. They ran your audit, so they walk in already knowing where everything is — no stranger at kickoff, no re-explaining.

Your marketplace specialist

Handles the daily execution across all four jobs above, working directly with your brand manager.

Your designer

In-house, not freelanced out. Turns the brand assets you already have into listing images, A+ pages, and your storefront.

  • Strategy calls every two weeks — report before, summary after
  • A bigger business review roughly twice a year: where we've been, what's next
  • One shared inbox the whole account team sees, so you're never chasing five people for one answer
  • A live dashboard you can open any time, powered by the BetterSellerData platform

It's nice to have Amazon experts because our team is so small we rely on them to really take ownership of the project.

Easy to leave. Built so you won’t want to.

30-day Love it or Leave It guarantee

If the first month doesn’t convince you, you leave — that’s the whole policy. Fixes start shipping week one, so you’ll know quickly.

Six months, then month-to-month

Six months is what real channel work takes. After that it’s 30 days’ notice, no auto-renewal, no exit maze.

Transparent, up-front pricing. You’ll know the cost before the first call.

Two structures, one menu, no custom quotes: a lower retainer plus a small percentage of sales while you’re building, or a flat fee tied to ad spend once you’re at scale — so the fee doesn’t grow into a penalty for succeeding. We’ll recommend one; you choose.

Add-ons: Walmart Marketplace and international

We manage Walmart Marketplace as an add-on for brands we already run Amazon for — same team, same rhythm. Additional Amazon marketplaces (UK, Germany, and beyond) bolt on the same way. Both live on the pricing page.

We say no to a lot. Here’s the list.

First, who we say yes to: CPG brands doing roughly $500K–$5M a year, with a registered trademark or one underway, who are ready to hand the channel off completely. If that’s you, the list below is what keeps our yes meaningful.

Cheaper for both of us to find out now than in month three.

Consulting-only or co-management

We run the channel or we don't take it on. Advice-only engagements always end with homework nobody does.

Physical product handling

We're not a 3PL. We manage the flow into Amazon's network, never the boxes.

New photography or video production

We work with the assets you already have. New shoots go to your creative partners.

Meta, Google, TikTok, or website work

We're Amazon-only on purpose. Depth is the product; other partners cover the rest.

Direct retail relationships

Your retail team owns those relationships. We optimize what's optimizable on the Amazon side and say honestly where our control ends.

Catalogs of hundreds of SKUs

Dedicated-team depth doesn't stretch that thin. Past a few hundred SKUs, you want a different kind of provider.

Five words for the same thing — and one of them isn’t us.

People search for an Amazon account agency, an Amazon account management service, an account management company, a consultant, an account manager. Mostly they want the same thing: someone to run the channel instead of advising on it. Here’s what each word means here, and where each one stops.

Full account management

Full-service means the whole channel, not a slice of it: content, ads, operations, and inventory, run by one team that both decides and does. This is the only thing we sell — Total Account Management, your outsourced Amazon department. There's no lighter tier where we run the ads and leave the rest on your desk.

Seller account management

Your Seller Central account is the thing being managed, and it stays yours — your Brand Registry, your data, your payouts. We work inside it on our own user permissions: listings, cases, FBA shipments, account health, day after day. Nothing gets rebuilt somewhere else and handed back later.

Brand management

If brand management means how your brand shows up on Amazon — images, A+ content, storefront, defending your brand name in search, promotions and price tests run with your sign-off — that's the same job under a different name, and it's included. If it means brand strategy off Amazon, packaging, or your retail relationships, that's not us. Amazon is one channel in your business, not the whole of it.

Account management service, company, or agency

Used interchangeably, and we answer to all of them. What actually differs between providers is scope and who touches the account. Ours is account management for Amazon sellers, end to end: a US-based brand manager leading, a marketplace specialist and an in-house designer behind them, and the scope is everything inside Seller Central.

Amazon consultant

A consultant hands you a plan and your team executes it. We don't work that way — strategy and execution ship together, or the plan sits in a folder until it's stale. If what you want is an assessment and a roadmap for someone else to run, hire a consultant. We'd be the wrong purchase.

Dedicated account manager

The account manager people search for is our brand manager — your strategic lead and single point of accountability, the same person from the audit onward. One person to talk to; more than one person doing the work. You're not buying a solo contractor's spare hours.

Questions we get before the handoff.

What does Amazon account management include?

Everything the channel needs to run: listing content and A+ pages, advertising, promotions, account health and case work, inventory forecasting and FBA shipments. The four jobs above are how we organize it. If it happens inside Seller Central, it's ours.

How is this different from hiring an Amazon ads agency?

An ads agency runs one lever. We run the account: ads, yes, but also the content the ads land on, the operations that keep the account healthy, and the inventory that keeps you sellable. On Amazon those four move together or not at all.

Do we keep ownership of our Amazon account?

Always. It's your account, your Brand Registry, your data — we work inside them with our own user permissions. If we ever part ways, nothing migrates back, because nothing left.

Who actually does the work?

A brand manager who leads strategy, a marketplace specialist who executes daily, and a graphic designer for creative updates — the same three people every week, with names you'll know by the second call. The brand manager who runs your audit is the one who'd run your account.

How fast can we start?

It starts with the free audit — real findings from your own account before any contract exists. Say yes and week one is already mapped: access, baselines, and the first fixes going in. The full first-90-days walkthrough is on the how-we-work page.

What about Walmart Marketplace?

Amazon is the job; Walmart Marketplace is an add-on for brands already working with us, priced on the pricing page. We'd rather run one channel deeply than several thinly.

What's the difference between an Amazon agency, an Amazon consultant, and an account manager?

Mostly vocabulary, but not entirely. Agency, service, and company all describe the same purchase: a team that runs your Seller Central account. A consultant is genuinely different — they advise, your team executes, and we don't take advice-only work. An account manager is a person rather than a package; ours is a brand manager who leads strategy, backed by a marketplace specialist and a designer.

Is full account management the same as seller account management?

Same job, different half of the phrase. Seller account management names what's being managed — your own Amazon seller account, which stays in your name. Full account management names how much of it we take: content, advertising, operations, and inventory together, not one lever. We only sell the full version.

See what your account’s actually capable of.

The free audit answers it with your own data — run by the brand manager who’d own the account, no obligation attached.
