This website is operated by ExpertCPG Commerce ("we," "us," or "our"), the trading name of Charmac Solutions LLC. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of expertcpg.com. By using this site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What This Site Is

This site is an informational and marketing site. It describes the services we offer, how we work, what we charge, and what we have published. It is not a client portal, and using it does not make you a client.

Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote, or a binding commitment. Service descriptions and prices shown here are current at the time of publication and may change. An engagement with us begins only under a separate written services agreement, not through this site. Where that agreement and this site differ, the signed agreement controls.

2. No Guarantee of Results

Marketplace outcomes depend on many things outside our control, including your product, pricing, inventory, cost structure, competition, and the policies of the platforms you sell on.

Nothing on this site is a promise, projection, or guarantee of any particular result. Where we describe work we have done, we are describing what happened for one brand under that brand's specific conditions. It is a record, not a forecast, and it is not a representation of what any other brand should expect.

This section is about outcomes, not about the commitments we actually make to clients. It does not limit or qualify any specific term of a signed services agreement, including the cancellation rights and the satisfaction guarantee described elsewhere on this site. Those are defined by that agreement and stand on their own.

3. Our Content

The articles, guides, page copy, graphics, and design on this site belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You are welcome to read, print, and share this material, and to quote from it with attribution and a link back to the source page. You may not republish it substantially, sell it, present it as your own, or use it to build a competing commercial product or dataset without our written permission.

4. Acceptable Use

Please use this site as it is meant to be used. Do not attempt to interfere with it, gain unauthorized access to any part of it, submit false information through our forms, impersonate another person or business, or place automated load on it beyond ordinary browsing and standard search-engine crawling.

The site is intended for business use by adults. If you submit a form or book a call on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to do so for that company.

5. What You Send Us

When you complete a form, book a call, or subscribe to our newsletter, we handle the personal information you give us as described in our Privacy Policy.

Marketing email from us always identifies who sent it and always carries a way to unsubscribe. Unsubscribing stops the marketing email; it does not stop us replying to something you asked us about.

Please do not send confidential or proprietary information through the forms on this site. Anything you send us that is not personal information under our Privacy Policy — including ideas, feedback, and suggestions — is not confidential, and we are free to use it without obligation or compensation to you.

6. Platforms, Trademarks, and Partner Designations

Amazon, Walmart, and other platform, product, and company names on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used descriptively to identify the marketplaces we work in.

We are an independent agency. Where we hold a formal partner or service-provider designation with a platform, we say so on the page where it is relevant. Nothing on this site should be read to mean that any platform endorses, sponsors, reviews, or is responsible for our services.

7. Other Sites and Embedded Tools

This site links to sites we do not control, and it embeds third-party tools — including our scheduling tool, which takes your booking details directly. We use those services to run the site and do not control how they operate. They have their own terms and their own privacy policies, and our Privacy Policy explains what we receive.

We provide outbound links for convenience. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content or practices of the sites they lead to.

8. Availability and Accuracy

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that every page is complete and current. Marketplace rules, fees, and platform features change often, and material that was accurate when published may not stay that way.

9. Limits on Our Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of your access to or use of this site or your reliance on anything published on it.

This section is about your use of this website. It does not limit or replace anything agreed in a signed services agreement between us, which sets its own terms.

10. Your Responsibility to Us

If you misuse this site, breach these Terms, or violate someone else's rights in the course of using it, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and claims we incur as a result. This does not apply to anything caused by us.

11. If Part of These Terms Does Not Hold

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, that part is limited or removed to the smallest extent necessary and everything else stays in force. If we do not enforce a provision straight away, we have not given it up.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
