ExpertCPG

Here’s what you’re actually buying.

If you’ve ever wondered what an Amazon agency actually does all week, this is the page: the three people on your account, the cadence they keep, and what your first 90 days look like.

Three people, on your account every week.

Meet them before you sign anything — the audit is run by the same brand manager who’d own your account, and everyone below reads the same inbox.

Your brand manager

Your lead from the first call on. They ran your free audit and walked you through the findings, so they already know your account by kickoff — no stranger shows up on day one.

Your marketplace specialist

Runs the day-to-day — content updates, campaigns, cases, shipments — working directly with your brand manager.

Your designer

In-house, not outsourced. Builds your listing images, A+ content, and storefront from the assets you already have — a stronger asset library just means a faster start.

ExpertCPG Commerce's level of expertise and responsiveness was impressive.

Co-Founder, SHAZ & KIKSvia Clutch

A cadence you can set your calendar by.

You’re never guessing what’s happening in your own account.

Bi-weekly strategy calls

A PDF report lands before every call, a written summary after. You always know where the account stands without digging for it.

Growth Planning Sessions

Roughly every six months, we step back for the macro view — where we've been, what's next, and whether the pricing structure still fits.

One shared inbox

The whole account team sees it. You're never chasing five different people for one answer.

Live dashboard access

The BetterSellerData performance dashboard, available whenever you want to check in yourself — not just when a report is due.

Weekly human checks

A person looks at the pages no API reaches, every week — not just when something breaks.

Your first 90 days, and the six months after.

Short path in, because the audit does the heavy lifting before any contract exists.

  1. Discovery call & free audit

Before anything's signed, the brand manager who'd own your account runs a real diagnostic on your own data: where the money's buried, where the journey leaks, what the plan would be. No cost, no obligation.

  2. Week one

Engagements start on a Monday, with a kickoff call that same week. Because the audit already mapped the account, execution starts immediately: no re-explaining, no ramp-up theater. Onboarding covers access, assets, and forecasting, and it's included in the one-time setup fee.

  3. First 30 days

Priority fixes ship in the order the audit found them, and the baseline gets set. The 30-day Love it or Leave It guarantee stands behind all of it, with full risk reversal from the start.

  4. Day 60

All four jobs are running in production, not just planned. Listing and ad changes are live, and the operations and inventory rhythms are working in the background.

  5. Your first 90 days

You've been through a full cycle of bi-weekly calls, with a working shared inbox and dashboard access you can check anytime. The account has a real track record by now, not just a plan.

  6. Six months

The initial six-month term ends and the account moves to month-to-month, with no auto-renewal into a new lock-in. This is also when the first Growth Planning Session lands: the bigger business review of where things stand and what's next.

Work leaves your plate. Authority doesn’t.

We’ll push back when something doesn’t serve the brand — including our own add-ons — and we work inside your cash constraints when quarters get tight. But nothing that costs money or changes your positioning moves without your yes. No promotion, no discount, no surprise.

See what week one would look like for you.

It starts with the free audit — your data, real findings, and the brand manager who’d own the account walking you through them.
