Seller analytics
The reporting behind an account somebody is actually running.
ExpertCPG Commerce manages Amazon accounts for CPG brands, and management is only as good as what it can see. Our application connects to your Amazon account through the Selling Partner API, with your authorization, and pulls your account’s own data into the reporting your account team works from — the search, advertising, inventory and fee numbers behind every decision we bring you.
It is not a dashboard subscription, and it is not sold on its own. It is the instrumentation inside an account management engagement. Software is table stakes in this business; what you are buying is the strategy layer on top of it.
What it does
Six kinds of reading, done on your account continuously.
Search and Brand Analytics
Search Query Performance, the Brand Analytics reporting your brand registry gives you, and the funnel from impression to purchase — the data most accounts never open. We read it against your catalog and turn it into keyword, listing and advertising decisions, rather than leaving it in a report nobody opens.
Advertising performance
Campaign, placement, keyword and search-term performance across every format we run for you, with bids worked continuously as the data moves rather than set once and hoped over. Spend gets judged on total advertising cost of sales, because a sponsored sale is still a sale and return on ad spend alone hides that.
Demand forecasting and restock
Sales velocity per product feeds the reorder guidance we bring you and the FBA shipments we create. You confirm the quantities — that call stays yours. Stock aging and expiration dates are watched alongside it, because in a consumables catalog a slow product is a write-off with a date on it, not a storage line.
Fee-aware pack and weight analysis
Your own products run against Amazon's current rate card: size tier, dimensional weight, referral rate, and what each pack size actually costs to fulfill. It is where pack and price turn out to be one decision instead of two, and it is the arithmetic behind our packaging guidance. The packaging call stays yours.
Lost and damaged inventory
Reconciling the units Amazon lost, damaged or never checked in against what your account says should be there, and filing the reimbursement claims while their windows are still open. Amazon raises some of these automatically now. The rest need somebody to find them, and Amazon sends no reminder.
Account health
Order performance and policy both watched on a rhythm rather than read after something breaks, with case work run to a conclusion in Amazon's own root-cause-correction-prevention format. A food, beverage or personal-care catalog draws more policy attention than most, which is the reason this is monitored rather than checked.
What you get
How the analysis reaches you.
A dashboard that is open whenever you are
The BetterSellerData performance dashboard, with your own access — not a report you wait for. You can check your account's performance on a Sunday night without asking anybody.
Reporting on a fixed rhythm
A PDF before every bi-weekly strategy call so the conversation starts from the same numbers, and a written summary after it. Roughly every six months, a Growth Planning Session takes the longer view.
A person reading your pages
Every week, somebody on your account looks at your live listings with their own eyes. No interface reports that an image reverted or a variation family quietly came apart.
Your data
How we treat your account data.
You authorize it, and you can revoke it
Access begins with Amazon's own consent flow: you approve our application from your Seller Central account. You can withdraw that approval at any time under Settings → Account Info → Manage Your Apps, and no passwords ever change hands.
Your data works on your account only
Data we retrieve for a brand is used to operate and report on that brand's Amazon account, and nothing else. It is not sold, not shared with another client, and not pooled into anything that benefits somebody other than you — consistent with Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy.
It stays with the people working your account
Access is limited to the team on your account — your brand manager, your marketplace specialist, and the designer working your creative. When an engagement ends, you revoke the authorization and we delete the stored account data on request.
Your Amazon account stays in your name throughout — your Brand Registry, your data, your payouts. The rest is in our privacy policy, and questions about data handling are welcome any time through our contact page.
Pricing
No software fee. One management fee.
None of this is priced separately, because none of it is sold separately. Total Account Management carries one monthly management fee — structured two ways depending on whether you are emerging or at scale — plus a one-time onboarding fee. Walmart Marketplace and additional international marketplaces are add-ons for brands already with us.
Our pricing is transparent and up front: the structures, the current numbers, the add-on rates and the terms are all on one page, and you can read them before you talk to anybody.
Questions
What sellers ask us about the data.
Is this software I can buy on its own?
No. This is the analytical work inside Total Account Management, which is the only thing ExpertCPG sells. Our team does the reading and the deciding, and the results reach you through your dashboard, your bi-weekly reporting and the calls. There is no separate licence, no per-seat fee, and no self-serve version.
What does it cost?
Nothing beyond the engagement — there is no software line on the invoice. Total Account Management is a monthly management fee structured two ways depending on your stage, plus a one-time onboarding fee, and we keep pricing transparent and up front: the structures, the current numbers and the terms are all on our pricing page rather than held back for a call.
What Amazon data does the application read?
Sales, order, inventory and fee reporting through the Selling Partner API, the Brand Analytics reporting your brand registry entitles you to, and advertising performance through the Amazon Ads API — all of it read under the authorization you grant, and only what running and reporting on the account requires.
Does working with you get us Brand Analytics access?
No, and be wary of anyone who says otherwise. Brand Analytics comes with your own Brand Registry and belongs to your brand. What changes when you work with us is that somebody reads it every week and acts on it — we cannot grant that access, expand it, or promise what any dataset will show.
What happens to our data if we part ways?
You revoke the application's authorization in Seller Central yourself — it is your control, not ours — and we delete the stored account data on request. The reporting produced while we worked together is yours to keep, and nothing has to migrate back, because your account never left your name.
