A Main Image Rebuild Unlocks a Sales Surge

Betco's Bioda line had stalled on Amazon. A single main-image rebuild moved monthly revenue 3.4x and category rank from #8,462 to #184.

Betco, an industry leader in cleaning products, launched its Bioda line to meet rising demand for natural cleaning. The formula was strong and interest was growing, but Amazon performance had flattened — until one precision-driven image update changed the trajectory.

The challenge

Sales had plateaued despite growing category interest. In Amazon search results the listing looked like everything around it, with nothing to pull a shopper's eye toward it. And the team had limited in-house Amazon experience — they knew performance was short, but not which lever moved it.

What we did

As part of Total Account Management, our team rebuilt the product's main image for maximum impact in a crowded search result. We added a prominent label overlay to emphasise the performance benefit, integrated fresh ingredient visuals to carry the scent story, and made every design choice serve one goal: making the product distinct against its competitors at thumbnail size.

The change shipped on its own. No listing copy was rewritten and no advertising was adjusted alongside it, which meant the result could be measured cleanly against a single variable.

The outcome

Monthly revenue rose 3.4x and the line's seller rank climbed from #8,462 to #184 in its category. The gains tracked with improved click-through and conversion rates, which is the signature of a listing that finally earns the click it was already being shown for.

Betco did not need a rebrand or a full overhaul. It needed the right visual strategy, executed properly. For a brand whose sales have flattened, a small, well-chosen shift can be the whole difference.
